Guillotine EBA 4315

The EBA 4315 is a guillotine-type cutter for paper with a cut length of 430 mm, has mechanical (manual) adjustment of the occlusal position and a clamping of the foot and electric clamping of the knife.

The EBA 4315 cutter is able to cut a stack of paper with a quantity of 500 pages with a density of 70 g / m² or a thickness of up to 40 mm. The cutting length of 430 mm allows the EBA 4315 to process printing products up to A3 format on the long side.

EBA 4315 is an advanced model of the EBA series with a cutting length of 430 mm.

Thanks to the electric drive of the knife, the cutting process is greatly accelerated and the requirements to the physical capabilities of the cutter are reduced.

Mechanical adjustment of the position of the back is carried out using the handle on the front panel of the cutter and allows a coarse and precise adjustment of the position.

The mechanical pressure of the foot is carried out by means of a handle on the rear surface of the knife drive mechanism.

Protective elements and processes:

- for cutting, the operator must press two buttons simultaneously on opposite sides of the panel, which excludes the hands from falling under the knife during cutting;

- front plastic transparent casing for working space with mechanical locking during operation.

- rear transparent protective screen.

- safe replacement of the knife with the original knife removal device;

- safe replacement of the cutting stick from the side without removing the protective cover;

EBA 4315 is offered in the desktop version and can even be placed on the desk. We recommend the use of options (not included in the basic package): original table-stand or cabinet for EBA 4315. The original table-stand, as well as the curbstone, allows you to place the cutter EBA 4315 in any place convenient for you indoors. The shelf in this option allows you to place accessories or paper. The EBA 4315 is a comfortable solution for a small printing house, office, printing room and other enterprises where small print runs are processed to A3 format.
