EBA was founded in Germany in 1922. Since 1935, the
company's main business has been the production of compact document shredders
(shredders), and since 1960, the range of equipment manufactured by EBA has
been expanded with guillotine-type paper cutters.
Equipment of high quality, reliability and security
level allowed EBA to take a leading position among the manufacturers of paper
cutting equipment both for the entire industrial printing industry and for
offices.
The first paper-cutting machine with an electric drive
under the trademark EBA appeared in 1975, and a little later the first
guillotine with a hydraulic knife drive was added to the EBA product range.
In 1996, EBA merged with Krug & Priester GmbH - a
renowned manufacturer of paper cutters under the IDEAL brand.
The design and quality of paper cutters and shredders
(document shredders) under the EBA trademark have been awarded with prizes and
diplomas of international exhibitions and ratings.
Nowadays, Krug & Priester GmbH & Co. produces,
under the brand name EBA, shredders and guillotines for offices and printing
companies, positioning these products as high-quality equipment, accuracy,
reliability and safety.
In the production of EBA equipment, only high-quality
and environmentally friendly materials and technologies are used. Specially
designed protection systems SCS (for guillotines) and SPS (for shredders)
provide EBA equipment with durability, reliability and safety, meeting the
highest requirements and standards.
